| STATEMENT OF CASE

By bill of information filed February 28, 2008, the appellant was charged with aggravated burglary. At his arraignment on March 26, 2008, the court ordered a competency hearing. The appellant was found competent on April 3, 2008, and he entered a not guilty plea. On August 21, 2008, a motion for speedy trial was granted; the appellant’s motion for a bond reduction was denied. The district court found probable cause on November 19, 2008 and November 21, 2008.
