11 Ricky Small appeals his convictions for the attempted first degree murders of Ti-jai Andrews and Lyndon Henry. Claiming that the prosecution failed to exclude every reasonable possibility that he was misidentified as one of the perpetrators, Mr. Small first seeks a Jackson v.
