Action for personal injuries received in a revolving door. At a jury trial, plaintiff obtained a verdict and judgment for $2900. Motion for a new trial was overruled and defendant appealed to the Kansas City Court of Appeals. The majority opinion of the court of appeals affirmed the judgment for $2150 upon condition that plaintiff file a remittitur of $750. [Salmons v. Dun Bradstreet (Mo.
