HOLLINGSWORTH, Judge.
Plaintiff, Caroline DeMariano, had verdict and judgment for $40,000 for personal injuries sustained when, as the evidence introduced in her behalf tended to show, defendant’s servant George Hellmann walked into collision with her, causing her to fall to the paved surface of defendant’s bus and streetcar terminal in the City of St. Louis, known as the “Wellston Loop”. The trial court denied defendant’s motion for judgment in accordance with its trial motion for a directed verdict.
