Plaintiff, then about twenty-one, and Louise M. Indra, then about twenty-eight, were married on November 11, 1938. For’ two or more years they lived' in an apartment in Marion, Iowa. On June 17, 1941, his parents, H. W. and Bessie R. Wiggins, executed a deed conveying to plaintiff and defend- > ant jointly a square acre of ground just across the road from the farm home of the parents. On this lot the young people built a comfortable home costing about $5000. It was not completed upstairs and required other finishing, but they occupied it in 1941.
