The appellant Board of Trustees (“the Board”) challenges the district court’s award of injunctive relief, attorney’s fees, and costs to Percy McNutt. McNutt is a carpenter employed by the University of Illinois at its Champaign-Urbana campus. He filed a Title VII claim against the Board alleging that University officials gave him job assignments based on impermissible retaliatory and racially discriminatory motives.
