OPINION
IRENAS, District Judge.
This matter appears before the court on the defendants’ motion to stay the execution of the judgment in this sexual harassment case and to waive the bond requirement pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 62. The court will grant the motion of the Atlantic City Police Department (“ACPD”) because its status as a municipality entitles it to a stay without posting a bond under Fed.R.Civ.P. 62(f) and N.J.Ct.R. 2:9-6(b).
