The defendants, with others, were indicted on two separate indictments, and on trial were found guilty in each case, and being sentenced to pay fines and to imprisonment appealed to this court. The first questions raised by the appellants go solely to the informations and warrants upon which they were arrested and brought before the committing magistrate, and the learned counsel for the defendants has made an elaborate argument seeking to convince this court that the constitutional rights of the defendants were violated on account of certain alleged irregularities in…
