The plaintiff, as Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor, filed a complaint in the District Court for the Northern District of Indiana alleging that the Plymouth Manufacturing Corporation, an Indiana corporation, and Hubert Tanner, William IT. Wolfarth, George E. Warren, and Chester H.
