This appeal presents several propositions relating to the distribution of the rents of real estate between the widow and heirs of an intestate where a homestead is involved. It is the fifth appeal in the contest between these parties. A brief statement of the facts out of which the controversy arises is necessary to a proper understanding of the problems.
