I definitely do not find that plaintiffs have established by circumstantial evidence that the most probable cause of their damages was the improper arsenic preparation of Cooper Cattle Dip by the manufacturer, as found by the majority opinion. I also find that the expert testimony discloses that the cattle died from arsenic absorption. I do not find that plaintiffs have borne their burden of proving that the Cooper Cattle Dip employed by Steve Weber to spray his cows was defective and that plaintiffs’ damages were caused by reason of the defect.
