This matter came before me for hearing on Joseph O’Donnell’s Application for Compensation for Professional Services Rendered From June 1, 2009 Thru [sic] August 31, 2009 [# 125], with Supplement [# 128], 1 and the Chapter 7 trustee’s objection thereto [# 129]. I will deny the application for compensation because Mr. O’Donnell is not a disinterested person as required by the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.
