OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant, Blaine North, appeals from a judgment resentencing him pursuant to State v. Foster, 109 Ohio St.3d 1, 2006-Ohio-856.

{¶ 2} Defendant pled guilty in 2004, pursuant to a negotiated plea agreement, to one count of aggravated burglary with a firearm specification, one count of robbery, and one count of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer. Defendant was sentenced to consecutive prison terms totaling twenty years.
