— In an action for specific performance of a contract for the purchase of real property, the defendant Margaret Guzman appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Green, J.), entered August 10, 1987, which denied her motion to dismiss the complaint as against her and to vacate a notice of pendency.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
