Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Bernard Fried, J.), rendered July 12, 1985, convicting defendant, upon a jury verdict, of two counts of murder in the second degree and one count of burglary in the first degree, and sentencing him to concurrent, indeterminate terms of imprisonment of from 25 years to life on the two murder convictions, and 12 Vi to 25 years on the burglary conviction, unanimously affirmed.
