Judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (D. Levy, J.), rendered February 18,1983, *637convicting defendant, after trial by jury, of murder in the second degree, and sentencing him to a term of imprisonment of 20 years to life, is reversed, on the law and facts, and the matter remanded for a new trial.
