GUERNSEY, Chief Judge.

This is an action brought against the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority and Michael Stewart, individually, in three counts, in which the Plaintiff seeks monetary damages and other relief. The Plaintiff has alleged that as an employee of the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority, she was “promoted” to Shuttle Manager and then to Fleet Maintenance Manager, and that while acting as Fleet Maintenance Manager her direct supervisor was the Defendant Michael Stewart.
