GUERNSEY, Chief Judge.

This action, brought by a former employee of the Defendant Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority, originally consisted of three counts, alleging negligent/intentional infliction of emotional distress against the individual defendant, denial of minimum due process rights by the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority (MTGA) under 25 U.S.C. Section 1302 et seq., and violations of the Discriminatory Employment Practices Ordinance, MTO 98-2.
