MILBURN, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiffs Milton C. Craighead and his three sons, Milton C. Craighead, Jr., Randall C. Craighead, and Mark T. Craig-head (“Craigheads” or “plaintiffs”), appeal the dismissal of their claims alleging RICO and federal securities laws violations. After allowing discovery, the district court granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 9(b) and 12(b)(6). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
