1. Plaintiff Nationwide Chemical Corporation (hereinafter “Nationwide”) was incorporated in Florida with a principal place of business at 2209 Fowler Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33902. Since the institution of this litigation, Nationwide was converted to a trust, the trustee being The First National Bank in Fort Myers, a co-plaintiff herein.
