This is an accelerated appeal of the trial court’s order terminating Appellants Ralph’s and Carla’s1 parental rights to their child, R.S.-T. Ralph contends the evidence does not support the trial court’s termination based on Texas Family Code subsections 161.001(l)(b)(D), (E), and (0). Tex. Fam. Code Ann. § 161.001(b)(1)(D), (E), (0) (West Supp. 2016). Ralph also contends the trial court failed to properly conduct the requested de novo hearing pertaining to the parental terminations.
