This case came before the Court on January 26, 1993, for argument on the Demurrer and the Motion for Judgment claims of right action of a tenant’s guest against the landlord under common law negligence, the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act and the Virginia Manufactured Home Lot Rental Act.
