Ruby Rice (Rice) appeals the circuit court’s order denying her motion to alter, amend, or vacate the judgment against her. Rice also appeals the entry of judgment in favor of William and Elena Tobias (William and Elena). We affirm.

FACTS

William and Elena filed the underlying complaint in this case on May 7, 2004. In their complaint, they allege the following four causes of action: (1) breach of contract; (2) conversion; (3) unjust enrichment; and (4) specific performance.
