RIDGE, District Judge.
Plaintiff, a citizen and resident of the State of Kansas, alleges in his complaint that on May 28, 1945, he sustained personal injuries when a street car he was then operating in the State of Kansas, collided with a tractor and trailer operated by defendants, as a result of the negligence of the latter. Defendants, citizens and residents of the State of Iowa, were temporarily in the State of Kansas, at the time of the collision.
