MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

SIDNEY B. BROOKS, Bankruptcy Judge.

On March 15, 1988 the Debtor, Michael John Kudla (“Kudla” or “Defendant” herein), filed a bankruptcy Petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code in this Court. On October 28, 1988, the Plaintiff, Donald M. Kartchner (“Kartchner” or “Plaintiff” herein), filed an adversary proceeding pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(4) and (a)(6), to except Plaintiff’s $100,000.00 claim from discharge.
