ENTRY GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
BARKER, Chief Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment on Plaintiffs breach of contract and tortious interference with prospective business advantage claims. For the following reasons, Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED.
I. BACKGROUND
