ORDER CLARIFYING SUPERVISED RELEASE

In 1999, the Court sentenced Robert Seger to 120 months incarceration and thirty-six months supervised release for the possession, receipt, distribution, and production of child pornography. Mr. Seger’s term of incarceration was due to end on March 20, 2008. However, the Government moved to civilly commit Mr. Seger as a “sexually dangerous person” under the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act, 18 U.S.C. § 4248(a) (2006) (Adam Walsh Act).
