{¶ 1} Appellants, Jules N. Koach and Carole L. Koach (together "appellants"), appeal the judgment of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court denying their request for a hearing to present additional evidence in support of their administrative appeal pursuant to R.C. 2506.03(A)(5) and 2506.03(B).
