MEMORANDUM
MeCLURE, District Judge.
BACKGROUND:
This case arises from a bankruptcy proceeding initiated by plaintiff EDP Medical Computer Systems, Inc., when it filed a petition in bankruptcy under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. An adversary proceeding was initiated by EDP when it filed a complaint seeking to enjoin permanently the United States from pursuing a civil action in the United States District Court- for the Eastern District of New York.
