CADY, Justice.
In this appeal by the owners of real estate from a decision by the district court denying a protest of the assessment of the real estate, we affirm the decision of the district court.
I. Background Facts and Proceedings.
Kathleen Compiano owns a one-half interest in a parcel of real estate located at 7900 Hickman Road in Windsor Heights. The other owners are Mariah Howard, Evan Howard, and Moss Properties, LLC.
