SWINFORD, District Judge.

The records in these three actions are before the court as the result of a pretrial conference held for the purpose of determining the sufficiency in law of the defense of the Kentucky statute of limitation, KRS 413.140. The statute requires that actions for personal injuries shall be commenced within one year after the cause of action accrued.
