Plaintiff Alana Shultz filed this action against Congregation Shearith Israel of the City of New York, the Spanish and Portuguese Synagogue (the “Congrega*415tion”), Meir Soloveiehik, Michael Lustig, and Barbara Reiss (collectively, “Defendants”) on September 22, 2015. Shultz alleges that Defendants discriminated and retaliated against her on the basis of her sex in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
