MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ON APPEAL
ROBERT M. DOW, JR., District Judge.
Appellant Sherron L. Lewis, Jr. filed this appeal from a final order of the bankruptcy court. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a). In considering a bankruptcy appeal, the Court reviews factual findings for clear error, while conclusions of law are reviewed de novo. See In re Midway Airlines, 383 F.3d 663, 668 (7th Cir.2004); In re Frain, 230 F.3d 1014, 1017 (7th Cir.2000).
