Before the Court is plaintiffs’ José Isidro La Santa-Andreu (“La Santa”) and Marcelo Diaz’s (“Diaz”) (collectively, “plaintiffs”) motion for attorney’s fees, a second motion for attorney’s fees, and defendant Bristol Myers Squibb Manufacturing Company’s (“BMS” or “defendant”) respective oppositions to plaintiffs’ fee requests.
