Jerry Ledford was convicted of violating the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and sentenced to 10 years in the penitentiary to run consecutive to his previous drug-related sentence of 15 years.
1. Appellant contends that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict of guilty. The jury was authorized to find that on August 19, 1983, an informant introduced an undercover agent for the GBI to appellant, who sold the agent one pound of marijuana for $300 and offered to sell him some sinsemilla marijuana which he would harvest in the fall.
