Ricky Irvin Hayes brings this appeal from his conviction of theft by taking. Held:
1. The credibility of the State’s chief witness, a police officer whose testimony was contradicted by defense witnesses as to certain collateral matters involving appellant’s arrest, was a matter for jury determination.
