The litigation that has occasioned this appeal involves the location of a division-fence line between the land of the plaintiffs and that of the defendant. Plaintiffs brought an action in equity to enjoin the defendant from interfering* with the fence which they had built on a line claimed to have been established between the land owned by the plaintiffs and that of the defendant. Plaintiffs also asked for damages for the destruction by the defendant of fences which the plaintiffs had at different times built.
