OPINION AND ORDER

¶1 Before this Court is a Petition for Writ of Supervisory Control (Petition) filed by Dorothy Lamb. Lamb asks this Court to assume supervisory control over the Fourth Judicial District Court, Missoula County, in Cause No. DV-06-38, with respect to the court’s order dated December 14, 2009, granting an indefinite stay of proceedings. On March 23,2010, we issued an order granting Respondent District Court, or its designee, 30 days in which to prepare, file, and serve a response to the Petition.
