These proceedings were instituted under chapter 21 of the Greater New York charter (Laws 1897, c. 378), and commissioners of estimate and appraisal were appointed to ascertain and appraise the compensation to be made to the owners and all persons interested in the property sought to be acquired in this proceeding. Their report has been filed and its confirmation as to certain damage parcels is opposed by the city and also by the owners of damage parcels Nos. 32 and 48 as to such latter parcels.
