Ruffin, Judge.

David Strahley sued Pruitt Corporation (“Pruitt”) alleging tortious interference with contractual and business relationships. The trial court granted Pruitt summary judgment on both claims. Strahley appeals, and for reasons which follow we affirm the grant of summary judgment on Strahley’s tortious interference with business relations claim, but reverse the court’s judgment on his interference with contract claim.
