delivered the opinion of the court.

Plaintiff filed suit on September 12, 1960 for personal injuries sustained as the result of a fall while in an apartment building at 6125 Indiana Avenue, Chicago. On motions, the trial court dismissed the suit as against the defendant Chicago National Bank and as against the individual defendants, Leo R. Chestler, Raye Chestler, Lewis Cohen, Alan H. Cohen and Rae Cohen, leaving as defendant only the 6125 Indiana Avenue Apartments, Inc. From this order the plaintiff has appealed.
