Defendant, Turner-Fisher Associ ates, appeals as of right from a July 7, 1986, judgment which ordered the enforcement of the construction liens held by plaintiffs on certain real property owned by Turner-Fisher. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

In August, 1979, Richard H. Turner and William A. Fisher formed Turner-Fisher, a partnership for the purpose of acquiring and developing real estate. The subject property, located at 207-211 E.
