Appellants, a group of insurance underwriters lead by Wellington Underwriting Agencies Limited (collectively “Underwriters”), bring this interlocutory appeal from a partial summary judgment order favoring appellees, The Houston Exploration Company (“Houston Exploration”) and Offshore Specialty Fabricators, Inc. (“OSFI”). 1 Underwriters issued an insurance policy covering an offshore platform project undertaken by appellees.
