ORDER ON MOTIONS TO DISMISS
LEE M. JACKWIG, Bankruptcy Judge.
On April 9, 1987 motions to dismiss filed by the Okey Vernon First National Bank (Bank) on March 19, 1987 and the trustee on March 31, 1987 came on for hearing in Des Moines, Iowa. Steven H.
