This proceeding seeks determination of the ownership of an Oppenheimer Fund, Inc. certificate in the face amount of $11,100, presently having a market value of approximately $5,000. In April, 1971 the decedent executed and delivered to the Oppenheimer Fund, Inc. an instrument entitled “ Designation of Beneficiary ”, whereby the decedent designated Ms widow as beneficiary upon his death.
