This is an accounting proceeding in which the court has been requested to determine whether a certain asset is subject to creditors’ claims. The decedent died intestate in August of 1975 survived by his wife and two children. The account indicates that the estate is insolvent inasmuch as liabilities exceed assets. Two creditors, William F. Jacob and Kathryn Oswald, have made claims against the estate in the amount of $5,000 and $2,500 respectively.
