A jury found Gene Donta Carter guilty of sixteen counts of delivery of a controlled substance, 1 two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, 2 and one count each of criminal conspiracy, 3 criminal use of communication facility, 4 and dealing in proceeds of unlawful activity.
