This appeal is taken from an order of the District Court of Maryland whereby the First National Bank of Houston, Texas, its officers' and attorneys, were enjoined from proceeding in an action brought by the Bank in the District Court -for the Southern District of Texas against Charles M. Lake, who is the trustee appointed by the District Court of Maryland in a proceeding under Ch.
