- This action was brought by Channel 10, Inc., a Duluth television station, and Richard E. Gottschald, its news director, as resident taxpayers within defendant school district, seeking a permanent injunction to restrain defendant’s school board from holding meetings in violation of the Minnesota Open Meeting Law, Minn. St. 1971, § 471.705. The district court made the following conclusions of law and order for judgment:
