Greenlawn Memorial Park v. Neenah Town Board of Supervisors

Upon petition of Greenlawn Memorial Park, a Wisconsin cemetery association, an alternative writ of mandamus was issued by order of the circuit court for Winnebago county requiring the Town of Neenah Board of Supervisors and Winnebago County Board of Supervisors to approve of a cemetery plat prepared on behalf of the petitioners and theretofore submitted to said respective boards, or to show cause to the contrary.
